A startling piece of video footage came into SPI's possession recently, which claims to show some strange lights in the sky above the Ochil Hills, this is a range of hills in Clackmannanshire of which the hill Ben Cleuch near the town of Alva, was the hill in question of which these strange lights were filmed. Having studied the film, I can offer (for the first time !!) no clear cut answer as to what these strange lights are. Initially one is looking at one light, of which an unusual bulge or secondary appendage appears to be attached to it's top right hand structure. It then separates into two lights, then again into three, making up a triangular pattern in the dark night sky. Investigations at this stage have shown that no aircraft or helicopters were in the sky at the time, the MoD replied that they were aware of no aircraft activity, and the police authorities also claim that no members of the public called them to report this. I can confirm, that these lights were spotted by many other people, but not specifically on the main date in question which was the 19th of January. Strange lights were reported by other people in the weeks previous and the weeks after this initial sighting which was recorded by video. The case is still open, and should any further information come forward, then I shall of course present it here on our web site. But for the very first time (in a long while), I have actually seen a piece of footage which for a change, is impressive, and is well above the normal mundane segments of alleged UFO videos that we at SPI usually receive.

Malcolm's comment: I have to say, it took me a wee while to come to terms with what Graham Wyllie says, but I'll tell you what, he is a smashing and likable chap of whom I do believe that 'he' is communicating with this Josef. As most of you may know, I have been working on a book in regards to UFO sightings over Scotland. This comprises of over 18 years of my own research in the field in which I have been Investigating many fascinating UFO cases. All this information has now been collated and has been put into my book which will be entitled, "UFOs Over Scotland", 'The Whole Story'. Why is it subtitled 'The Whole Story'? I hear you ask. Well the reason is as follows:-
Ron Halliday of the Scottish Earth Mystery Research Group, published his own book entitled, "UFOs The Scottish Dimension" last year. This featured a number of interesting UFO cases from Scotland, a number of which I have actually written about in my own book, and I refer to the Livingston Case, the A7O Case, and the Fife Incident, (to name but a few). Now, of each of the aforementioned cases, "I" was the main researcher involved, and as such, I was privy to a great deal of information pertaining to those cases, information of which Ron wasn't privy to, and as such, this information hasn't been featured in Ron's excellent book, (hence my sub title, 'The Whole Story').
People who buy my book, may think that I have just re-written Ron's book ! Not so. As I say, I have worked on a number of the cases that Ron mentions in his book, it just so happens, that Ron's book came out before mine, hence the cases that I worked on, (which Ron of course did know about), saw the light of day in Ron's book before I had the chance to get these cases out myself.
Ron was my right hand man at SPI for a good number of years, and we both worked very hard on a number of UFO cases, not only that, but we both worked tirelessly on producing our club's magazine, ENIGMAS. Indeed, there are a few cases mentioned in Ron's book which have come from ENIGMAS, some of these cases I refer to in my own book.
So what am I saying with this statement ?
I'm saying that although there are a number of similarities between Ron's book and mine, (of which will be noticed upon reading), the cases that I present, hold many facts of which Ron hadn't access to. I feel that I have to issue this statement in order to clarify these points because people will undoubtedly draw comparisons between our two books. I guess when all is said and done, I've been too slow off the mark. I should have had my book out with all these cases (and many others) into the public domain many years ago. But with one thing and another, it didn't happen. Now I find myself in a position in which I have a number of many interesting UFO cases, but those cases have already seen the light of day in someone else's book. Thankfully, as I hold much more information on those cases, I can extend the pertinent facts of those cases, in which gives the reader added information which is beneficial to the case in question.
But of course, my book also contains many cases in which Ron 'doesn't' mention in his book, cases of which I'm sure the reader will find most interesting.
I am pleased to announce that English researcher and author Philip Mantle, has confirmed that he will indeed come north of the border to lecture to members of SPI and the general public in regards to the infamous Roswell alien autopsy movie. Philip, who's book entitled Beyond Roswell, co-authored by german UFO researcher Michael Hessemann, will present all the mind blowing facts. Hear for the first time ever in Scotland, a lecture on this infamous case. See the actual alien footage, (some of which has never been seen before !). Make up your own mind as you see and hear all about this case. This is a not to be missed lecture by one of England's foremost, and perhaps (controversial) researchers !! This aims to be a memorable night. Did a UFO crash really occur at Roswell New Mexico back in 1947 ? Does the footage taken, really show a 'being' from another world ? Well that's the news for another month. I'd like to thank as usual, Billy Devlin and Iain Connon for all their help, Deano, for without whom none of this would be possible. And lastly Jude's audio tapes which make pleasant listening as the stormy Scottish weather batters my caravan office. And J, Scotland might not be a Rock Circus or a P.R. Revue Bar, but the roller coaster is still on track as the clouds of uncertainty lift.
