The Controllers.
"The fundamental secrets of the universe can be summed up as; Resonance, Vibration and Frequency", quote attributed to electrical pioneer, visionary and genius Nikola Tesla, (1856-1943)
Right now, in what is still called the ‘free world’, steps are being made to ensure that very shortly, you will no longer have the luxury of making a mistake, of voting the wrong way, of making the wrong choice. On the surface, there will be no obvious change, life will go on as before except for one thing, you will be continually manipulated into doing what others want, rather like a flock of sheep, wheeling and turning as the shepherd whistles instructions to his dog. The future according to George Orwell with its totalitarian state, ‘thought police’ and ‘big brother’ is closer than you think.
In the late 1700’s an organisation emerged, a group that will stop at nothing to gain control of the population of this planet for its own ends It has been called many things, ‘The Illuminati’, the ‘One World Government’, and ‘The International Bankers’ are a few. The cabal behind them is even more murky and elusive than the group itself. It is usually presented as some form of Jewish/Masonic conspiracy, although the enigmatic Knights Templar have also been suspected The organisation is faceless, very patient and thorough, it has made mistakes in the past and learned from them. It has never ceased chipping away at our freedom, slowed down perhaps, but never halted completely. It has instigated wars, supplying arms to both sides. It has orchestrated the assassination of politicians and world leaders. Originally, due to the limits of contemporary technology its work was slow, and relied on influencing governments by stealth and subversion, industrialist Henry Ford for example, typified its duplicity.
Recently declassified records in America show that at the outbreak of the Second World war, Ford was heavily invested in Germany and did little or nothing to upset his Teutonic applecart. He was actually awarded a medal by the Third Reich for services to Germany. Naturally, domestic pressure was such that he ultimately had no choice other than to toe the line or face public disgrace and a possible backlash. Although, bear in mind, at that time due to the number of American nationals of German origin in the United States, there was a considerable pro-German groundswell and support for German expansionist policies and by association the National Socialist Workers Party, or as it later became known, the Nazi Party. This was organised as the German ‘Bund’. The main focus of support was at Camp Seigfried, Long Island, in New York State. During the 1930’s there were regular meetings and rallies as the brown shirted, swastika wearing Bund members marched around, the massed ranks goose stepping on the manicured lawns.
Although the United States has long seen as being at the forefront of liberty and democracy, there has, especially in recent times, been a tendency for right wing politics to breed and proliferate, probably as a result of the very freedoms enshrined within the American constitution. The archetypal image and values of the courageous pioneer, gazing steely eyed into the horizon gun, in hand, is enshrined in the American psyche as a role model. The negative side of this ideal is pretty much played down, for example, the lawlessness and appalling risks are swept under the carpet and perversely, glamourised. Truly, America is a country of contradiction and confusion. The diversity of opinion and seemingly uneven laws are a perfect, fertile breeding ground for the concepts, policies and aims of a single international government. In real terms, national governments of whatever country, do little more than administrate the decisions made by big business, it’s the multinationals and monolithic corporations are who really call the shots. This is but one example of the secretive organisation at work, manipulating the puppets, pulling the strings, thumbing its nose at decent, truly democratic government. In the United States, almost as a form of pre-emptive action, there already exists a sub-culture of armed, right wing survivalist/paramilitary groups who are sworn to resist this perceived threat by whatever means necessary. In this case, they see the threat coming from within their own government and the United Nations. The isolated location of their camps and settlements are a deliberate decision which, in their view, may prevent any overt attempts at government manipulation. Although the general public may view the activities of these groups as either mildly eccentric or overtly threatening, there persists an uneasy, intuitive gut feeling, alarming as it may seem, that they might just be right.
Although the tried and true methods if infiltration and subversion work up to a point, they do not allow direct manipulation of populations and people, unfortunately, free will, choice and determination get in the way. How can this individuality be thwarted? The technology exists today, introduced by stealth in various guises, all it needs is the will to do use it. The effects of certain electromagnetic frequencies can and do have effects on human physiology and psychology in both the long and short term. In the past 60 years, it has been proven that electromagnetic radiation, (EM) has been deliberately and covertly used in an aggressive form during long term experiments using human beings.
This first came to light during the 1950’s when the US embassy in Moscow was subjected to sustained microwave (MW) bombardment. Although the US government was aware of the situation, they chose not to inform the occupants until the embassy received a security upgrade during the 1970’s. This appalling abuse of trust was justified by the US authorities on the basis that it was a exercise designed to ascertain the effects of long term exposure to microwave radiation. During the upgrade, the interior of the building was literally stripped back to the shell, and after the ‘bugs’ had been disposed of, special shielding was installed to protect the occupants from the still ongoing microwave assault. So far, the shielding has been a partial success and has considerably reduced the levels of EM radiation to 2mW/cm2, within the building. The irradiation has continued on and off ever since, and in March 1998 a fresh mW beam appeared, this time in the 9-11GHz range. It has been acknowledged by the US authorities that this signal appears for two or three hours per day, they do not however speculate on the reasons for it, neither is it clear whether this situation is still extant.
Like all countries, either aspirant or present world powers, the United States has carried out covert research on the use of non ionising EM battlefield weapons. While both ionising and non-ionising radiation are both facets of the electromagnetic spectrum, their effects are quite different, rather like visible light which is regarded as ‘safe’, and invisible light (infra red and ultra violet) which is potentially damaging. So it is with ionising or nuclear radiation, the effects of nuclear radiation, which are already well documented, are known to be indiscriminate and highly toxic, it is important to make this distinction. The use of non ionising weapons gives the best of both worlds, the enemy is, (depending on the circumstances), at best immobilised, or at worst destroyed and there is no contamination, no long term quarantine and no danger to the invading forces. One of the possible effects of EM radiation was researched by the US government under the auspices of ‘Project Pandora’ .With a remarkable talent for euphemism, this classified project was described as ‘a study to determine the behavioural effects of MW signals on ‘primates’. In this instance, I think the use of the term ‘primates’ could be safely construed as meaning human beings. I do not particularly like resorting to rhetoric, but I have to ask "So, what’s new?". The results of this study were inconclusive and no final, complete report was prepared, although part of the accumulated information was destroyed in 1973 around two years after the project was officially abandoned. The destroyed sections were, presumably, the information that was not inconclusive and showed just how potentially damaging prolonged exposure to MW radiation really is, especially to the physiological and psychological well-being of human beings.
Nothing demonstrates this cavalier disregard human life and well being better than a scheme devised by the former Soviet Union during the death throes of the cold war in the mid 1970’s. There was a sneaking suspicion within the Pentagon that the Russians were well ahead of the US in the aggressive use of non ionising weapons technology. This suspicion appeared to be well founded when, in 1976, an unusual signal was detected, emanating from the USSR, somewhere near Kiev in the Ukraine, only 20 miles from Chernobyl. The signal was in the form of immensely powerful microwave transmissions, (estimated at 14 million watts), pulsed at 10 Hz. per second, which led to it’s nickname of ‘Woodpecker’. The signals were directed at the UK, North America, Northern Europe and the Middle East, significantly, there was no leakage into the Russia, which, given the present condition of the Chernobyl reactor, has enough radiation problems of its own.
In the west, a team of experts was assembled to find a reason for this action, they reached three conclusions. First, the Russian military was trying to produce a form of OHR (over the horizon radar), similar to American attempts (codenamed Cold Witness and Cobra Mist). Interestingly, part of the American OHR project was carried out in great secrecy around a joint RAF/USAF air base at Woodbridge-Bentwaters in Suffolk, England, which was the site of the ‘British Roswell’ at Rendlesham Forrest. There are varying schools of thought regarding what was actually seen at Rendlesham, they do however agree on one point (as, surprisingly, do the British MOD); in late December 1980, something quite unique happened. The how and why are for the moment unimportant, what is interesting are the covert US projects involving highly specialised, extremely powerful radars, bouncing microwaves off the ionosphere, that may have acted as a beacon allowing something to land beside the air base.
From what the US experts could deduce from the Russian signals, they were not intended as an OHR early warning system, however, there were two other conclusions, either they were a) Used to communicate with their submerged submarine fleet using ELF (Extra Low Frequency), or b) They were intended to cause harm to a large percentage of the western population. Although both explanations are feasible, the most likely explanation is, worryingly, to cause harm. The frequency at which the transmitters operate, 10Hz, is at the top end of human brain alpha rhythms and could well cause adverse psychological reactions in man. The scientists went on to report that it was quite possible that continued exposure to this radiation could affect the neurology of persons sensitive to this type of radiation, anything up to 30% of the population. It is worth considering that nowadays many people are increasingly suffering from medical conditions attributed to stress, e.g. anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, headaches, lack of concentration and panic attacks. This state of affairs seems to have become more prevalent and apparent in the last 30 years or there about. Is it due to the increasing pace of life, or is the more malignant influence of Russian micro wave bombardment responsible? All of these psychological states can be caused by exposure to high levels of microwave energy. Of course, the American authorities could not, and did not, allow this state of affairs to continue and rumours began circulating, claiming that equally powerful transmitters had been constructed to both beam microwaves back at the Russians and neutralise the incoming signals.
For its own part, the US is well aware that the only method by which to communicate effectively with its own submarine fleet while submerged at a depth of 300 ft, is to use a network of ELF transmitters, this created considerable strategic problems for the United States Navy when it began constructing its own communications network Under the auspices of Project Seafarer, the US Navy, decided to construct an huge ELF antennae covering some 20,500 square miles in the state of Wisconsin. The residents of the state were quite naturally alarmed at this prospect and the possible health hazards and protested vehemently via their state representatives which resulted in the project being ‘reassessed’. The eventual outcome was that the antennae was redesigned and reduced in size to around 5000 square miles. While quite willing to irradiate the public, the military mind does not favour its fighting capacity being reduced.
Prior to the Gulf War, it was recognised there was a strong possibility that battlefield weapons could malfunction in the electromagnetic broth of a modern battlefield, to counteract this the HERO (Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance) project was instigated. To illustrate the testing procedure, a combat fighter aircraft, complete with pilot, was suspended 50 ft above the ground on pylons and bombarded with every frequency, combination and intensity of electromagnetic radiation the government scientists could think of. The main fear was that sophisticated avionics in aircraft and computerised guidance systems fitted to cruise missile would be rendered unreliable or even inoperable under battlefield conditions. There is ample evidence to suggest that EM weaponry was deployed against the Iraqi’s during the course of the war, as it was in the Balkans against the Yugoslavian forces. The sophistication of modern EM devices is such that they can be used to accurately control the mood and reactions of fighting men at the front line..
Like the laser beam which is coherent light, current technology can achieve identical results using tightly focused, pulsed microwaves, to the extent where an individual soldier can be selected on the battlefield. Once chosen, an audio signal is combined with the microwave carrier and the recipient experiences the unnerving sensation of ‘hearing’ sounds and voices directly inside his head from no apparent source. Alternatively, rather than voices, it is a relatively simple matter to orchestrate the mood and emotions of the unfortunate recipient of the transmission. By this method, feeling of anxiety, panic, insecurity and hallucinations can be induced in one man, or, an entire squad, which are of course the same effects attributed to the indiscriminate use of the Russian ‘Woodpecker’ transmitter. The same technique, in modified form, can be, and is, applied to civilian use, where, in conjunction with such crowd control devices as ‘Photic Drivers’, instances of riots and other examples of civil unrest can be quashed without resort to unnecessary, and politically undesirable, bloodshed. Taken in the absolute terms of public relations, a few hundred vomiting, or severely disoriented, civilians is preferable to a few hundred dead ones. A ‘Photic Driver’ is basically a powerful strobe light which is pulsed at a frequency known to result in epileptic seizures in susceptible people. When used in conjunction with controlled bursts of microwave radiation it increases the effectiveness of both devices.
If it was known that the Russians were attempting to destabilise the west by the crude bombardment of its citizens with microwaves, then it is virtually certain that this method of attempted population manipulation has been refined since then - by both sides. Naturally, any government, British, American, Russian or otherwise, when quizzed about this, will deny all knowledge, and distance itself from any involvement, claiming appalling abuses of human rights etc. all the while carrying out the necessary research and refinements, this is not in doubt. The only points in question are the application and the political will. If anyone doubts that this is possible, consider, that in addition to deliberate bombardment by the USSR, we are, all of us, continually assaulted by microwaves emanating from earth orbit, 24 hours per day 365 days per year. This time the assault is in the name of entertainment, via satellite television channels. Satellites beam microwave signals towards the ground, whether analogue or digital, carrying hundreds of encoded entertainment channels into our homes. Rather like ‘acceptable’ levels of ionising (nuclear) radiation, which, as the years go by become less and less, so what is currently deemed ‘safe’ by the mandarins of the NRPB (National Radiological Protection Board) in a few years may no longer acceptable.
We can see then that the technology is in place to selectively affect the mental and physical well-being of the entire world, or one specific individual, either deliberately or accidentally. Taking this drift further, based on current trends, very shortly it will be the exception rather than the rule not to possess a mobile phone with all its alleged benefits. The companies that manufacture and control the distribution of the phones also control the siting and installation of the transmitters, which seem to appear like mushrooms all over the place. According to a recent report, it is intended that the number of existing masts, already in the thousands, will by trebled as soon as the companies can achieve it. This, we are informed is to ensure the best possible signal strength and coverage Any installation under 15 meters in height and more than 20 meters from a dwelling does not require any planning permission, therefore local authorities have difficulty challenging the location of transmitters. If you care to look at the demographic siting of the antennae, you will find that, if they are not sited in a field, usually beside a motorway, they tend to be stuck in council housing estates or other areas of high density population, especially cities. Not, you will notice, in private housing developments, where the residents will mobilise themselves to resist the predations of the phone companies. But in the areas where the people are perhaps less aware of potential dangers from the radiation. It is not beyond the realms of possibility that a covert, well established group, could subvert the perfectly legal, although probably harmful, use of the transmitters for another, entirely sinister, use - to control how we think! Is it not curious that after years of being told how safe mobile phones are, the British government has taken the step of considering banning or limiting their use by young people. The reason given relates to the heating effects on human tissue caused by the MW emissions from the phone antennas, there is no mention (probably deliberately) of the potential risks of psychological damage. If the government is taking this step we can be sure that there is a very real danger to our well being from MW radiation
It is likely that this has already begun, medical statistics will tell you that unusual forms of ‘stress related’ neurotic medical conditions are becoming more prevalent. The people affected, in the main, suffer from varying combinations of the symptoms already described; insomnia, anxiety, mood swings and depression etc. The diagnosis is usually a stress related condition, attributed to either changes in the working environment, or, the pace of life and a suitable anti-depressant or tranquilliser is prescribed, truly, a ‘Prozac Generation’, existing on chemical sunshine. This is not an answer, physicians can treat the symptoms, not the cause, especially when they do not know or understand it. The cause can be nothing less than a selective, determined, sustained assault on deliberately chosen sections of the population, the easy ones first, the high density areas first, the cities. Once control of the majority is achieved the rest will follow. The security forces, unless already infiltrated, are the easiest target of all, servicemen are continually exposed to all manner of exotic EM radiation either on the battlefield or during training exercises. For all we know this ‘indoctrination’ is already underway or even completed, perhaps the American survivalists are the last best hope that we have.
Of course, all this is a worst case scenario, it will probably, - hopefully, - never happen, but just remember, the technology is there, the organisation is there, the motivation is there and the finger may already be on the button. Let’s just hope it’s never pushed.
